CalorieRecycle(以下簡稱「本 App」)由 Anderson Tsai 開發,並尊重您的隱私。
其中營養成分也可能被貢獻回 Open Food Facts(以匿名帳號送出,不含您的個人資料)。

CalorieRecycle (the "App") is developed by Anderson Tsai. We respect your privacy. This policy describes what data the App collects, how it is used, how it is protected, and your rights.
With your permission, the App reads and writes the following data types in Apple Health:
The App writes food log entries back to Apple Health so other apps can sync. Your raw HealthKit data is stored locally on your device and is never uploaded to any server. The only exception: if you choose to join a Friend Group, the App uploads numbers summarized from that data (see 2-5), never the raw samples.
When you use the barcode scanner, the App requests camera access to capture barcodes. Images are decoded in real time and immediately discarded — no photos or videos are stored.
The following data is stored locally in UserDefaults / on-device storage and never sent off-device:
The App queries these external services for food nutrition data; the search keyword (food name or barcode) is sent to each service:
These are public databases; your search does not include any personally identifiable information. See each service's privacy policy for their data practices.
Only after you create or join a Friend Group does the App write daily summary numbers to the Apple iCloud CloudKit public database so that members of the same group can see them. This includes:
We do not upload itemized food logs, food names, or body weight, nor HealthKit raw samples such as heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen, VO2 max, or individual workouts. You can leave a group at any time inside the App, which deletes your records for that group. This data is stored in Apple CloudKit and handled under Apple's privacy policy; the developer runs no servers of their own.
If you choose to share a custom food with the community, its name, brand, nutrition values, barcode, and your iCloud user identifier (used to remove duplicates and manage reports) are written to the CloudKit public database where other users can find it. The nutrition values may also be contributed to Open Food Facts using an anonymous account, with no personal data about you. Custom foods you do not share stay on your device only.
All data is used solely for:
As required by Apple's developer guidelines, the App explicitly discloses:
Local data is stored on your device, protected by iOS system-level sandboxing. Unless you use Friend Groups or the community food database (see 2-5, 2-6), data never leaves your device and the App makes no cloud backup. Deleting the App removes all local data; for summary records already uploaded to CloudKit, please leave the group inside the App first, or email us and we will help delete them.
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
You may revoke HealthKit access at any time via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health. After revoking, the App will no longer be able to read or write health data. You may also leave a Friend Group inside the App to delete your uploaded summary records, or delete the App to remove all local data.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you through an App Store update. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
