Yay List(以下稱「本 App」)由個人開發者發布，不隸屬於任何公司。我們重視你的隱私，本政策說明本 App 如何處理你的資料。
你的願望清單、照片、紀錄只存在你的裝置和你自己的 iCloud 帳號裡。我們沒有伺服器，看不到你的任何資料，也不會拿去打廣告。

你可以隨時在「我」→「資料與隱私」→「匯出我的資料」，把所有紀錄匯出成 Markdown 與圖片檔，存到你自己的「檔案」App 或 iCloud Drive。這份匯出檔不需要本 App 也能開啟閱讀。

本 App 提供「一起計劃」的共享清單功能，讓你可以邀請他人一起規劃、編輯同一份清單。
本 App 提供「發布到 WordPress」的選用功能，讓你可以把 Yay 時刻或旅程紀錄發布到你自己架設、你自己擁有的 WordPress 網站。
本 App 不是設計給兒童使用，也不會刻意蒐集兒童的個人資料。
若本 App 未來的資料處理方式有變(例如照片開始透過 iCloud 同步、新增通知服務)，我們會更新這份政策並標註新的更新日期。

Yay List (the "App") is published by an independent developer, not affiliated with any company. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how the App handles your data.
Your wishes, photos, and records live only on your device and in your own iCloud account. We don't run a server, we can't see your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

You can export all your records at any time via Profile → Data & Privacy → Export My Data, producing Markdown files and photos you can save to the Files app or your own iCloud Drive. The export is readable without the App.

The App offers a "Plan Together" feature that lets you invite others to plan and edit a list together.
The App offers an optional "Publish to WordPress" feature that lets you publish a Yay moment or journal entry to a WordPress site you own and operate.
The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If how the App handles data changes in the future (e.g. photos begin syncing via iCloud, or notifications are added), we will update this policy and note the new date.
